🔄 RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

2. Return conditions

To accept the return, the product must be in good condition, without signs of improper use and, as far as possible, in its original packaging.

3. Refund process

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
